• Training Needs Assessment:
Identify the specific training needs of BPO agents, including skill gaps, product knowledge
requirements, and areas for improvement in sales techniques.
• Training Program Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including curriculum, materials, and delivery
methods (e.g., in-person, virtual, online).
• Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, using various methods like presentations,
simulations, role-playing, and case studies.
• Assessment and Feedback:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance
tracking.
• Performance Improvement:
Provide coaching and support to agents to address individual performance gaps and improve sales
skills.
• Knowledge Transfer:
Ensure the accurate and consistent delivery of life insurance product information and sales techniques
to all trainees.
• Content Development:
Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, guides, and other resources, in
alignment with BPO's training standards.
• Performance Measurement:
Monitor and report on key training metrics, such as sales performance, training completion rates, and
customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with BPO management and other departments to align training with business
objectives and strategic priorities.
• Strong Knowledge of Life Insurance:
Comprehensive understanding of life insurance products, industry regulations, and sales practices.
• Excellent Training and Communication Skills:
Ability to design engaging training programs, deliver effective presentations, and communicate clearly
with diverse audiences.
• Coaching and Mentoring Skills:
Ability to provide constructive feedback, guide trainees, and support their professional development.
• Strong Analytical Skills:
Ability to assess performance data, identify training needs, and measure the effectiveness of training
programs.
• Proficiency in Training Technologies:
Familiarity with online learning platforms, LMS systems, and other training tools.
• Problem-solving and Decision-making Skills:
Ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
Experience:
• Experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in training or coaching sales teams, especially in a BPO setting.
• Experience with various training methodologies and tools.
Other:
• Willingness to adapt to changing BPO requirements and industry trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
