From prospecting to closing deals, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and generating long-term value. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts. • Identify potential partnerships and business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape go-to-market strategies. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams. You Should Have: • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. • A proven track record in achieving business growth targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. • Experience in Manufacturing/Composite Material. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
