This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and relationship management. Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business leads, markets, and growth opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. • Prepare business proposals, pitch presentations, and reports. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and regional market dynamics. • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences. What We're Looking For: • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition. • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing accounts. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of the Chennai market and Tamil-speaking ability is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
