We seek an accomplished professional with proven expertise in managing cluster-level or high-scale operations in luxury hospitality or healthcare environments, who can lead our integrated wellness offerings to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead all aspects of the Wellness Division (spa, therapies, yoga, physiotherapy, medical, nutrition, and fitness).
• Cluster-Level Operations: Manage multiple verticals and teams simultaneously, ensuring synergy, consistency, and excellence.
• Guest-Centric Experience: Curate personalized wellness journeys that delight discerning guests, including VIPs and international clients.
• Program Innovation: Develop and evolve signature programs aligned with Atmantan’s philosophy of holistic health.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with medical, hospitality, F&B, and operations teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Standards & Compliance: Uphold world-class hygiene, safety, and wellness protocols in line with global hospitality and healthcare benchmarks.
• Team Development: Inspire, train, and mentor multi-disciplinary teams of wellness professionals to perform at their peak.
• Business Excellence: Drive departmental budgets, optimize resources, and contribute to overall profitability.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Degree in Hospitality/Healthcare Management, Wellness, Spa Management, or allied fields.

Experience:

• 10+ years in leadership roles within luxury hospitality, medical wellness, or healthcare environments.
• Proven experience managing cluster operations or multi-departmental teams.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of both modern wellness trends and traditional practices (Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, etc.).
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, cross-functional management, financial acumen, guest relations, and innovation mindset.
• Personality: Inspirational, guest-focused, and passionate about holistic living.
