Job Description

Purpose

Assistance for Wellbeing responsibilities and counselling.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assisting in rolling out Wellbeing initiatives, ASSET activities and related activities for Sea Staff and Timely delivery.
Wellbeing Connect with Families of Death / Injury Cases / PR.
Connecting with WE team and Seastaff on vessels to study interpersonal, group and social challenges , factors & dynamics. Getting feedback and recording them. Preparation and Analysis of reports using Excel and Power B1 tools. Timely replies to the Sea Staff Mails.
Assisting Manager is SFR ratings study and follow ups with vessels. Survey analysis and follow ups with vessels / WE team s/ Masters.
Implementation of AWOS initiatives for women seafarers , In charge of fully implementing the WE Care for women seafarers. Maintaining reports and presenting. Proposing solutions to the team.
ANAVI POC working closely with Trustees on the functionality of this CSR initiative
