Key Deliverables: Coordinate and support welfare, medical, and insurance services for seafarers and families Plan and execute seafarer engagement events, webinars, CSR, and wellness programs Prepare monthly debriefing reports, update insurance policies, and manage long-service awards Serve as concierge and crisis support point of contact for seafarers and their dependents Role Responsibilities: Maintain positive relationships with seafarers and act as a support liaison during emergencies Engage families virtually and in-person; manage seafarer community campaigns and recognition Support documentation and data maintenance for onboard incidents, medical unfit cases, and feedback loops Collaborate with vendors, event teams, and wellness trainers to enhance crew morale and mental wellbeing
