Job Description

Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, source, and screen candidates based on maritime experience, rank-specific skills, and valid certifications
Administer technical assessments and coordinate interviews to evaluate competency and readiness
Manage end-to-end onboarding logistics including documentation and regulatory compliance
Maintain proactive communication with selected crew to ensure timely and seamless vessel joining
Collaborate with fleet operations and relevant teams to forecast crew requirements and align recruitment timelines
Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring compliance with data protection and audit standards
