Client Interviews Coordination:
Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth
and efficient selection process.
Prepare candidates for interviews, providing them with necessary information about
the employer, job role, and expectations.
Medical and Documentation:
Communicate with candidates regarding their medical examinations, ensuring all
health requirements are met for employment abroad.
Assist candidates in gathering and submitting all required documentation for
employment and travel, including visas, work permits, and educational certificates.
Language Class Enrollment and Induction:
Coordinate the enrollment of selected candidates into the language training program,
aligning start dates with the recruitment schedule.
Conduct induction sessions for new recruits, orienting them to the process ahead, from

Utilize various social media platforms and strategies to attract talent, enhancing the

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local and international regulations,
including data privacy laws.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information, adhering to strict data
protection protocols.
