As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

As a Welder at CCI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and reliability of our instrumentation products. You will be responsible for performing welding operations on a variety of materials, including but not limited to stainless steel, carbon steel, and other alloys. Your precision welding skills will directly contribute to the overall quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities:

Welding Operations: Perform various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and ARC, to join metal components with precision and accuracy, ensuring weld quality and strength.

Reading and Interpreting Blueprints: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand the welding requirements and ensure compliance with design standards.

Material Preparation: Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, and grinding surfaces, ensuring proper fit-up and alignment.

Weld Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of completed welds to identify and rectify any defects or imperfections, ensuring the highest level of quality.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure their proper functioning and safe operation.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the production team, engineers, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of welded components into final products.

Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance welding efficiency, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Welder in a relevant industry or field.
  • Proficiency in various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and ARC.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with welding equipment and tools, including maintenance practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in welding operations.
  • Knowledge of different welding materials and their applications.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Valid welding certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
