Wedding Planning Intern

As a Wedding Planning Intern, you will assist in the coordination and execution of weddings and events, ensuring they run smoothly and exceed client expectations. This internship offers hands-on experience in event planning, vendor management, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist the wedding planning team in coordinating wedding events from start to finish. 

● Communicate with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and requirements.

● Support the planning and organization of wedding events, ceremonies, and receptions.

● Liaise with vendors such as florists, caterers, decorators, photographers, and venues. 

● Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and logistical aspects of wedding events. 

● Coordinate on-site event activities to ensure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day.

● Help in creating and managing detailed event plans, schedules, and checklists. 

● Maintain effective communication and follow-up with clients, vendors, and team members. 

● Support the team with administrative tasks such as maintaining event documentation and databases. 

● Participate in post-event evaluations and provide feedback for future improvements. 

Requirements:

● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality related fields. 

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

● A creative mindset with a passion for wedding planning and event management. 

● Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. 

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

● Previous experience in event planning or internships in a similar field is a plus
