Wedding Planning Intern

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in coordinating with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure smooth event

operations.

● Support in creating and maintaining timelines, checklists, and budgets for

weddings.

● Help with the design and implementation of wedding themes, decor, and overall

aesthetic.

● Attend client meetings and take detailed notes to assist with follow-up tasks.

● Assist with on-site event coordination on the day of the wedding.

● Help manage logistics such as seating arrangements, transportation, and event

setup.

● Research trends, vendors, and services to enhance wedding concepts and ideas.

● Maintain accurate and organized records of wedding planning activities.

● Handle various administrative tasks such as phone calls, emails, and invoicing.

● Assist with post-event wrap-up, including follow-up communication with clients and

vendors.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Passion for weddings, events, and design.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

● Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during events.

● Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
