What You’ll Do As a Wedding Planning Intern, you'll gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end planning and execution , including: Assisting with timelines, budgets, checklists, and vendor coordination Supporting guest management: RSVP tracking, hospitality desks & travel logistics On-ground execution: coordinating with vendors, artists, hotels & production teams Managing project data using Google Sheets, Forms, Docs & Slides Shadowing senior planners across various departments Supporting creative brainstorming for décor & design (optional based on interest) Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking interns who are passionate about the world of weddings and hospitality.
