Wedding Planning Internship

What You’ll Do

hands-on exposure to end-to-end planning and execution

• Assisting with timelines, budgets, checklists, and vendor coordination
• Supporting guest management: RSVP tracking, hospitality desks & travel logistics
• On-ground execution: coordinating with vendors, artists, hotels & production teams
• Managing project data using Google Sheets, Forms, Docs & Slides
• Shadowing senior planners across various departments
• Supporting creative brainstorming for décor & design (optional based on interest)

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking interns who are passionate about the world of weddings and hospitality. Ideal candidates are:

• Students or recent graduates in 

  Event Management, Hospitality, PR, or Marketing

• Fluent in English & Hindi

   with excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with 

  long working hours during events

• Open to traveling for multi-day destination weddings

• Familiar with Google Workspace

   (Sheets, Docs, Forms)
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of 

  Canva / Photoshop / PowerPoint

• A warm, approachable, and collaborative team player
