Website Project Manager

As a Website Project Manager at Capsicum Mediaworks, a Mumbai-based SEO Agency, you will play a crucial role in overseeing web design and development projects, managing content, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and managing end-to-end website projects, including static, dynamic, eCommerce, WordPress, and custom-coded sites. - Collaborating with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and content teams to deliver projects on time and as per client expectations. - Acting as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, translating them into technical briefs, and ensuring timely communication. - Allocating tasks to internal team members, setting timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control before final delivery. - Reviewing and testing websites for responsiveness, functionality, browser compatibility, performance (PageSpeed, GTMetrix), and adherence to technical SEO standards. - Maintaining documentation for all project phases, including requirement gathering, timelines, workflows, and post-launch reports. - Implementing processes and tools that improve project efficiency, such as task management systems and communication platforms. - Providing post-launch support, including training, bug resolution, updates, and performance monitoring. - Ensuring all projects are compliant with security best practices, web accessibility standards, and GDPR guidelines where applicable.
