Website Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, from brainstorming to execution, bringing a unique creative perspective and ensuring that they meet project goals, timelines, and budgets, Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and account managers to deliver an outstanding project outcome, Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets that incorporate innovation and experimentation, and track progress against established project goals, Ensure that project documentation is up-to-date, reflects the vibrancy and liveliness of the project, and includes project briefs, status reports, meeting minutes, and client feedback, Communicate project status and risks with internal and external stakeholders regularly, with a dash of creativity and enthusiasm, Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, including scope creep, schedule delays, and budget overruns, while also identifying unique solutions and opportunities to inject creativity, Manage client expectations and provide regular updates and reporting on project progress with a creative and engaging twist, Conduct quality assurance checks with a creative eye, ensuring the final product exceeds the client's requirements and the agency's standards, Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and feedback to help them unleash their creativity and improve their performance, Requirements: 2+ years of project management experience in a digital agency or related field, with a proven track record of unleashing creativity in project management, Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with an added touch of creativity, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, while also infusing your own unique style, Experience managing creative projects, including design, development, and content creation, with a passion for innovation and experimentation, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues, while also exploring new and creative solutions, Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira, and a passion for exploring new and creative project management tools, Knowledge of design and development processes and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or InVision, with a passion for exploring new and innovative tools, Job Type:Full-time Location:HSR Layout, Bengaluru Show more Show less
