Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Website & Landing Page Designer with strong experience in real estate project branding, UI/UX, and high-conversion landing page development. The ideal candidate will build visually compelling, responsive pages optimized for lead generation, mobile performance, and seamless buyer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, build, and maintain website pages and landing pages for real estate projects, campaigns, and microsites.

· Create high-conversion page layouts focusing on UI/UX principles, engagement, and lead flow optimization.

· Develop responsive designs across mobile, desktop, and tablet with fast page loading standards.

· Translate project brochures, floor plans, amenities, and brand identity into digital design formats.

· Work closely with marketing teams to implement A/B testing, improve conversions, and refine user journey.

· Optimize pages for SEO, performance metrics, tracking pixels, and marketing automation tools.

· Collaborate with developers, content writers, and branding teams to ensure consistent messaging and design accuracy.

· Update and maintain website content, banners, forms, and campaign pages as per project lifecycle.

Skills & Competencies

· Strong understanding of UI/UX, typography, layout, colour balance, and real estate branding aesthetics.

· Expertise in Landing Page builders like Elementor, Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot, Wix, or similar CMS.

· Proficient in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.

· Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred, not mandatory).

· Familiarity with CRO, heatmaps, user journey mapping, and digital tracking integrations.

· Ability to understand real estate buyer psychology and translate it into conversion-focused designs.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Design, IT, Multimedia, Marketing, or relevant field.
