What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage our end-to-end e-commerce growth strategy across marketplaces and D2C website
• Own platform relationships and identify new digital distribution opportunities
• Develop and execute tailored campaigns for each marketplace and our brand website to increase visibility and conversion
• Track daily performance metrics, optimize listings, and run promotions based on real-time insights
• Collaborate with design, content, and operations teams to ensure a consistent and premium brand experience
• Manage website merchandising, promotions, SEO/SEM, and user journey to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion
• Leverage tools and analytics to maximize ROI and improve performance across channels
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights on product, channel, and campaign performance
• Ensure the brand maintains a premium yet accessible presence across all digital shelves

Who You Are:

• 5–7 years of hands-on e-commerce experience in Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, or Retail
• Minimum 3 years managing marketplace campaigns (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.)
• Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, keyword bidding, conversion funnels, and digital merchandising
• Experience in website performance management – traffic generation, on-site optimization, CRO, and analytics
• Proficient with e-commerce dashboards, tools (GA4, Search Console, Seller Central), and reporting platforms
• Strong in cross-functional collaboration and managing marketplace/vendor relationships
• Strategic thinker with executional agility and an experimentation mindset
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
