About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Website Develoepr to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical SEO expertise, a solid understanding of website platforms, and hands-on experience in SEO-related development activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to optimize websites for maximum visibility and performance across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Perform detailed technical SEO audits and suggest necessary improvements.
• Optimize websites for speed, structure, crawlability, mobile responsiveness, and indexing.
• Work closely with developers to implement SEO best practices in WordPress, Shopify, and custom HTML sites.
• Set up and manage schema markup, structured data, and technical on-page elements.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to enhance user experience and SEO performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Build and optimize SEO-friendly landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in SEO and search marketing.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience (3–5 years) in a technical SEO role.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, HTML/CSS, and website development practices.
• Hands-on experience with schema implementation and SEO-related development tasks.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GTmetrix, etc.
• Excellent understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications in SEO or digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,895.69 - ₹25,300.08 per month
