Shift Timing:
7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Salary:
₹20,000/- per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Website Developer & Creative Assistant to join our night-shift team. This role involves website development, creative design, and supporting HR hiring and project management activities. Suitable training will be provided for HR and project-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Development & Design
Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using HTML and CSS
Create digital graphics, banners, and social media content using Canva
Ensure websites are optimized for performance and user experience
Creative Assistance
Support branding and marketing initiatives with visual content
Maintain consistency in design and brand aesthetics
HR Support (Training Provided)
Assist in hiring, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
Help with BGC (Background Verification) formalities
Coordinate employee documentation and updates
Project Management Support (Training Provided)
Support in tracking tasks, timelines, and coordination between teams
Assist in project reporting and documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
Any degree holder (graduates from any stream are welcome)
Must own a two-wheeler for commuting to the office
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Canva
Good communication skills in English and Tamil
Knowing Telugu is an added advantage
Willingness to work night shift and take up cross-functional responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
