Job Description

We’re Hiring: Webflow Designer & Developer

Webflow Designer & Developer


🔹 Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive websites using

    Webflow

  • Create smooth

    animations, transitions, and micro-interactions

    for engaging user experiences
  • Build CMS-driven pages and collections in Webflow
  • Optimize websites for

    speed, performance, and SEO

  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team to implement new features
  • Ensure

    cross-browser compatibility

    and responsive design across devices
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing Webflow projects


🔹 Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in

    Webflow

    (design, development, and CMS)
  • Strong knowledge of

    HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

    (for custom code integrations)
  • Ability to create

    advanced animations, parallax scrolling, Lottie integrations, and interactions

    in Webflow
  • Solid understanding of

    UX/UI principles and responsive design

  • Experience with

    Figma/Adobe XD

    to Webflow conversion
  • Knowledge of

    SEO best practices

    and website performance optimization
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines


✨ Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with

    Zapier, Memberstack, Airtable, or other Webflow integrations

  • Experience in

    branding and graphic design

  • Knowledge of

    web accessibility standards
