We’re looking for a Senior Django Developer who thrives on writing clean, scalable code, contributing to architecture decisions, and building systems that solve real problems at scale. 🎯 Role Overview As a Senior Django Developer, you’ll be involved across the full software development lifecycle — from concept and wireframes to backend development and deployment. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to build robust APIs, manage data workflows, and ensure systems run smoothly for thousands of users. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust backend systems using Django and REST APIs . Build workflows, models, and views with clean, well-structured code. Collaborate with product managers and frontend developers to deliver end-to-end features. Perform database design , data modeling, and SQL optimization. Write scalable, reusable modules with attention to performance and maintainability. Maintain thorough documentation: workflow maps, API specs, DB schemas , and code comments. Debug issues quickly and implement clean fixes. Stay updated with modern backend frameworks , performance tools, and deployment practices. Occasionally lead technical decisions and mentor junior developers. ✅ Must-Have Qualifications 2–5 years of hands-on experience in backend development , preferably using Django. Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, algorithms , and data structures . Strong command over Python and Django REST Framework. Proficiency in SQL , relational database design, and performance tuning. Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows. Ability to work independently and handle responsibility across full development cycles. Based in or willing to relocate to Raipur and work onsite (6 days/week) . 🌟 Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with NoSQL databases and API security best practices. Familiarity with frontend integration , mobile APIs, and async tasks. Experience in deploying Django apps using Linux , Docker , or cloud services . Exposure to frontend stacks like React or working with Android Studio.
