Webex Customer Solution Design Specialist

You have over 12 years of experience and distinct knowledge in CCaaS solutions, with expertise in Webex CC. Your exposure includes senior-level experience in Webex and at least 2-3 years in a similar role as a Solution Architect or Consultant for Communication & Collaboration or related IT areas. Your educational background includes a Master's degree and more than 12 years of professional experience in communication or CCaaS/IT services. You possess good customer profile with strong communication and negotiation skills. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing strong presentation and demo skills, as well as conducting customer workshops - Collaborating effectively in a team and working with international teams - Demonstrating excellent control over English as a business communication language - Delivering significant stakeholder influence to resolve problems - Giving technical guidance to others to help resolve issues beyond the role's domain - Providing thought leadership to senior internal stakeholders and customers on future platforms and customer solutions - Acting as a technical point of contact to advise senior stakeholders, both internal and external Should you join the team, you are expected to bring your expertise in CCaaS solutions, Webex CC, and demonstrate your strong communication and negotiation skills to contribute effectively to the company's success.,
