About the Role


We are looking for an experienced Web/ Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist with hands-on expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Adobe Analytics.

This role is not related to SEO, SMO, or generic digital marketing – it’s focused on tagging, tracking, paid media analytics, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities


✔ Implement and manage GTM & GA4 tracking for accurate event and conversion data.

✔ Work with Adobe Analytics for client projects.

✔ Analyze and optimize performance of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).

✔ Build and maintain dashboards/reports in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.

✔ Present clear, actionable insights to clients and internal teams.

✔ Stay updated with tracking and measurement trends (cookie-less tracking, server-side tagging).


Must-Have Skills


✅ 3–5 years of digital marketing analytics experience (not generic SEO/SMO roles).

✅ Strong hands-on experience in GTM (tags, triggers, variables, data layers).

✅ Expertise in GA4 custom event implementation and reporting.

✅ Adobe Analytics experience (implementation & reporting).

✅ Good understanding of paid campaign metrics (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

✅ Experience with data visualization tools: Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau.

✅ Strong presentation & storytelling skills for client communication.

✅ Proficiency in SQL & Excel.


Nice to Have


➕ CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

➕ Knowledge of server-side GTM or cookie-less tracking.

➕ Basic understanding of JavaScript & HTML.
