Organization Overview: CenturyIQ Solutions India Private Limited, based in Mumbai, serves as the dedicated captive unit of Century Financial, UAE. Its primary objective is to manage and execute outsourced responsibilities delegated by Century Financial, setting itself apart through an unwavering commitment to knowledge process services that transcend conventional data-driven and technology-centric transformations. Role Overview: As a Web Developer, you will design and maintain enterprise-level applications, working across front-end and back-end (Laravel, MERN, WordPress, PHP, Node.js), with a focus on custom CMS, API integration, performance, security, and scalable code. You'll collaborate across teams, lead projects, and drive continuous improvement in system architecture and user experience. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications with a focus on custom CMS solutions.Full-stack development using Laravel, MERN, WordPress, PHP, and Node.js.Integrate APIs and manage both relational (MySQL, SQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.Ensure high application performance, security, and responsiveness across devices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.Implement scalable, clean code with thorough testing and regular code reviews.Lead projects, resolve technical issues, and continuously optimize system architecture.Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices. Experience & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in web application development using Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Strong in Node.js ecosystem, OOP principles, and both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.Proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experienced in software testing, tool selection, and problem-solving.Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset.Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.Familiarity with Elasticsearch, UI/UX principles, and self-driven learning.Experience with PHP, WordPress, Microsoft Office, Adobe Tools.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
