What You’ll Do

Build & Maintain

• Develop and maintain websites across

  WordPress, Webflow, Shopify,

  and

  custom stacks (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP).

• Convert UI/UX designs (Figma) into functional, responsive websites.
• Build custom sections, integrations, and logic where plug-ins or templates fall short.
• Create and optimize landing pages and microsites with quick turnaround times.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and ensure a flawless user experience across devices.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with designers, creative strategists, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
• Implement tracking pixels, CRM, and automation integrations (Meta, Google, HubSpot, etc.).
• Suggest smart design or functional enhancements that improve UX and storytelling.
• Communicate progress, timelines, and blockers clearly to non-tech teams.

Optimization & Innovation

• Maintain top-notch website performance, SEO hygiene, and loading speeds.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and best-in-class security practices.
• Explore new frameworks, automation tools, and AI workflows to improve build speed and quality.
  

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in front-end or full-stack web development.
• Proficient in

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  (React or GSAP knowledge is a plus).
• Solid understanding of

  WordPress

  and

  Shopify

  custom development.
• Comfort working with

  Webflow, Framer,

  or

  no-code tools

  when speed is key.
• Good grasp of web performance, SEO basics, and responsive design.
• Strong visual sense and you understand clean layout and brand consistency.
• Bonus: You’ve built custom plugins, API integrations, or automated web workflows.
  

Nice-to-Haves (Optional)

• Experience with backend tech like

  PHP

  or

  Node.js.

• Knowledge of version control (Git/GitHub).
• Understanding of hosting, CDN, and deployment pipelines.
• Awareness of modern frameworks (Next.js, Astro, Svelte, etc.).
