Web Developer (Full Stack)

As a Full Stack Web Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing web applications using the latest technologies to ensure a seamless user experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Being the go-to person for the Project lead for complex feature implementations. - Independently understanding and implementing requirements. - Developing efficient, reusable, and scalable code for both front-end and back-end. - Optimizing applications for maximum performance and responsiveness. - Troubleshooting and debugging issues in a timely manner. - Writing and maintaining technical documentation. - Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in web development. - Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and enhance team collaboration. - Guiding junior team members to help them improve their skills. The skills required for this role include: - Good communication and client interfacing skills. - Strong fundamentals in core JavaScript concepts with 4-6 years of experience working on web projects. - Proficiency in Frameworks like Node.js/Nest.js, Angular/React/Vue.js/Next.js, along with related technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Material UI. - Experience with Relational and/or NoSQL databases. - Hands-on experience in building high-quality web applications. - Knowledge of at least one major cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Familiarity with Docker, Docker Compose, and basic understanding of Kubernetes. - Experience with Git and branching strategy (preferably GitFlow). - Strong architectural and design skills. - Analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. - Understanding of emerging technologies, standards, and best practices in development. - Software development experience with significant time spent working on Cloud technologies, preferably in an Agile/Scrum methodology. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
