As a Web Developer/Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience, you will be based in Phase 8B, Mohali, Punjab, working from the office. You will be required to attend a face-to-face interview with a machine test at our Mohali office, which is mandatory for this position. Your role demands exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate and work independently. You should have proven expertise in custom WordPress development, including themes, plugins, Elementor, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) on both the frontend and backend. Proficiency in JavaScript Frameworks / Libraries such as jQuery, React.js / Next.js is essential, along with a solid understanding of modern frontend architecture. Being a quick learner is crucial as you will be expected to adapt to new technologies, project scopes, and development tools swiftly. Your responsibilities will include developing clean, efficient, and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining custom WordPress themes and plugins, with a deep understanding of Elementor and ACF. Implementing dynamic and interactive UI components using jQuery, React.js, or Next.js will be a significant part of your role. Collaboration with teams to ensure responsive designs and cross-browser functionality is maintained is vital.
