Web Designer/Developer

The Web Developer & Designer will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites/web applications. The role requires a blend of creative design skills and strong technical development expertise to deliver functional and engaging digital experiences that align with business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Development

• Develop responsive websites and web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, React, Angular, Vue).
• Work with backend technologies (e.g., PHP, Node.js, Python, or .NET) to integrate APIs, databases, and server-side logic.
• Optimize website performance, load speed, and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile compatibility.
• Implement SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager).

Web Design

• Create intuitive, visually appealing, and brand-aligned UI/UX designs.
• Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web interfaces.
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA compliance) are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into design solutions.

Collaboration & Maintenance

• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring security patches and bug fixes.
• Document development processes and provide training/support to internal teams when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Web Developer, Web Designer, or Full Stack Developer.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, etc.).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, or custom CMS).
• Understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and hosting environments.
• Proficiency in design software (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
