Web Designer/Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with at least 2 years of experience in designing and maintaining responsive, user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, basic front-end development knowledge, and a good understanding of UX/UI principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop visually appealing website layouts and landing pages.

Collaborate with developers, content writers, and marketing teams to align designs with company goals.

Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for different devices and browsers.

Maintain and update existing websites as needed.

Create graphics, banners, and icons for digital use.

Work with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator for design prototypes.

Understand and apply basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation.

Conduct usability tests and make improvements based on feedback.

Stay updated with current web trends and design best practices.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe XD.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Understanding of responsive design and UX/UI principles.

Attention to detail and good time management.

Strong creative and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate with teams and communicate design ideas effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience with WordPress, Wix, or other CMS platforms is a plus.

Knowledge of SEO-friendly web design is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
