Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for a Web Designer Team Leader. The role involves leading and mentoring a team of designers, overseeing web design projects, coordinating with other departments to ensure design alignment with client objectives, and reviewing design mockups and prototypes. Responsibilities also include ensuring responsive and user-centric designs, tackling design challenges, collaborating with developers for front-end implementation, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Web Design and Responsive Web Design, with a focus on usability and creating user-friendly interfaces
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics, with experience in creating visually appealing, client-centered digital assets
• Solid knowledge of Front-End Development and familiarity with technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proven experience in leading design teams, excellent project management, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate client requirements into compelling digital designs
• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred
• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
