Web Designer Team Leader

We are looking for a Web Designer Team Leader who can manage a creative design team and deliver high-quality, responsive websites that meet client expectations. The ideal candidate should be a strong team player, with leadership skills and hands-on experience in web design and front-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the web design team on multiple projects.
• Plan, design, and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
• Collaborate with developers, content writers, and marketing teams.
• Review and optimize team output to maintain design standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and manage workload effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest web trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in web design, including leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and responsive design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹11,358.23 - ₹50,000.00 per month
