Web designer

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and modern web technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including developers, marketers, and content creators—to design and deliver visually compelling, user-friendly websites that align with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Stay current on web design trends, best practices, and emerging tools/technologies.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Ensure all designs meet web accessibility (WCAG) and performance standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design work, UI projects, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
• Understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with branding and visual identity systems.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar.
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
