Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing software team. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and helping implement HR policies suited for a dynamic tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for technical and non-technical roles
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage candidate database and follow-up communications
  • Support offer letter generation and pre-boarding tasks

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees (IT asset allocation, documentation, induction)
  • Maintain employee records in HRMS
  • Coordinate exit processes, including documentation and feedback

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update HRIS and employee data (attendance, leaves, documents)
  • Prepare HR letters (experience, salary, joining, etc.)
  • Support payroll data collation and coordination with the finance team

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate internal communications and HR announcements
  • Help organize virtual or in-office events, team activities, and rewards programs

Policy Compliance

  • Support adherence to internal HR policies and statutory compliance
  • Maintain employee confidentiality and handle basic grievance redressal
  • Ensure smooth functioning of WFH/remote policies, attendance tracking, etc.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a tech/software company
  • Good understanding of IT hiring processes and software company dynamics
  • Familiarity with HR tools (Keka, Zoho People, GreytHR, BambooHR, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to IT/technical recruitment
  • Experience in employee engagement for remote/hybrid teams
  • Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
