Role Description

•   Search Customer data over the internet
•   Calling the Customer & generate leads and fixing appointments for the sales team
•   Explain the company product & service
•   Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines
•   Schedule appointments for sales staff
•   Follow-up with customers & field executive
•   Preparing various reports required for the nature of the job
•   Reporting to the Manager

Requirements:

•   Fluency in English with experience in Customer Care Executive
•   Highly motivated and energetic
•   Making effective cold calls
•   Able to join immediately
•   Responsible for lead generation, identify the prospect of company standards
•   Support marketing team and managers for lead verification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
