Job Description

Web Enquiry Calling

Contact prospective students who have submitted enquiries through websites, ads, or online forms
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to web-generated leads
Act as the initial point of contact for online enquiries

2. Consultation & Requirement Understanding

Understand student needs and explain suitable courses, fees, and eligibility
Provide clear guidance on program options and career outcomes

3. Lead Follow-up & Closure Support

Regularly follow up with interested candidates
Assist students through counselling, demos, and admission steps
Support the admissions team in converting qualified web leads

4. CRM & Data Tracking

Update lead status, call remarks, and follow-up schedules in CRM/Excel
Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions

5. Cross-team Coordination

Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams for lead movement and closure
Share daily call updates and lead performance reports

Candidate Profile

2 years experience as a Web Consultant, Academic Counsellor, Inside Sales Executive, or Telecaller

Comfortable with voice-based communication and follow-up processes
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, and WhatsApp Business
Freshers with strong calling and communication skills may also be considered
