Key responsibilities

• Operations management: Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Inventory control: Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular audits and cycle counts, and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and discrepancies.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant pharmaceutical regulations, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and maintain quality standards.
• Staff leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, conduct performance reviews, and manage employee time and schedules.
• Health, safety, and security: Implement and enforce safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and establish and maintain security procedures.
• Logistics and coordination: Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., customer service) and external partners (suppliers, transport companies) to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Reporting and analysis: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
• Continuous improvement: Analyze and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.

Essential skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or wholesale distribution.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (GMP, GDP) and quality systems.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP) is beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
