Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wealth Relationship Manager, located in Chennai. The Wealth Relationship Manager will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing suitable insurance and investment solutions. The role involves prospecting potential customers, explaining product offerings, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Developing long-term mutual trust with clients and guiding them to meet their insurance and wealth management needs are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and client acquisition skills, including prospecting and maintaining client relationships
• Knowledge of insurance and investment products, including life insurance, health insurance, and financial instruments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial concepts
• Ability to analyze client needs, propose tailored solutions, and meet sales targets consistently
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
