As a Team Lead Wealth Management / City Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of wealth management professionals, and ensuring high standards of client service. The role demands a strategic approach to portfolio management, client acquisition, regulatory compliance, and team development while achieving sales and profitability targets.

Lead and mentor a team of Wealth Managers to achieve business objectives. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the client base. Ensure effective client relationship management by providing personalized wealth solutions. Oversee investment portfolio structuring, financial planning, and risk assessment. Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, AMFI and other regulatory compliance requirements.

Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and portfolio management. Strong knowledge of investment products, tax planning, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Drives financial growth by delivering personalized investment strategies, strengthening client relationships, and maximizing risk-adjusted portfolio returns while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Adds value by acquiring and retaining HNI (High Net Worth) clients, enhancing portfolio performance, and contributing to consistent revenue growth.
- Builds long-term client trust through strategic financial planning, portfolio advisory, and goal-based wealth solutions.
- Supports business expansion through leadership in sales, client servicing, and high-performance team management.
MBA/CA/CFA or relevant financial qualification preferred. 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory.
