Senior Relationship Manager

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Advisory & Relationship Management:

• Support senior managers in managing a portfolio of HNW & mass-affluent clients.
  
• Assist clients with investment planning, financial goal setting, and portfolio reviews.
  
• Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  

Investment Strategy & Portfolio Management:

• Assist in developing and implementing investment strategies aligned with client objectives.
  
• Stay informed about market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.
  
• Support asset allocation, risk management, and tax optimization efforts.
  

Business Development & Revenue Support:

• Support lead generation efforts and client acquisition initiatives.
  
• Help expand client networks through referrals and events.
  
• Work toward achieving assigned revenue and AUM targets under guidance.
  

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, RBI guidelines, and internal policies.
  
• Maintain accurate client records, KYC compliance, and periodic portfolio updates.
  

Team Collaboration:

• Work with senior wealth managers, analysts, and investment teams to deliver client solutions.
  
• Support in preparing reports, presentations, and client communications.
  

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• 45 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or related roles.
  
• Knowledge of investment products, mutual funds, insurance, tax planning, and basic estate planning.
  
• Strong client service, networking, and communication skills.
  
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field; CFA/CFP is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in financial tools, CRM systems, and Excel-based analysis.
