Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Senior Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. Responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of clients by offering tailored financial products and services, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and increasing client satisfaction. The role involves building strong client relationships, providing investment advice, and developing strategies to meet customer needs. The Senior Relationship Manager will also drive business growth through cross-selling, upselling, and achieving individual and organizational targets.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in client relationship management, customer service, and interpersonal communication
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments, investment products, and various markets (Equities, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Insurance, Commodities)
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, account management, and upselling services
  • Analytical skills and the ability to assess customer needs.
  • Experience with digital trading platforms and tools, such as ProTerminal and trading apps, is advantageous
  • Graduation or post-graduation in a related field (Finance, Business, Economics) is preferred
  • Prior experience in the BFSI sector or wealth management is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and target-driven mindset
  • Nism (Equity derivative)certification is mandatory.
