Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their financial goals and design suitable wealth management strategies.
Acquire new clients through ethical and relationship-driven sales practices.
Retain and grow client relationships through consistent follow-ups, financial reviews, and proactive service.
Cross-sell multiple financial products including Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance (Life, Health & General), and goal-based investment solutions.
Contribute to business growth through client referrals and innovative sales approaches.
Ensure client satisfaction through transparency, professional conduct, and timely service delivery.
Work closely with the branch and product teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate client records and adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
3–8 years of experience in Financial Services / Wealth Management / Insurance / Banking Sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
Ethical, disciplined, and driven by long-term client relationships rather than short-term gains.
Self-motivated to learn, adapt, and use innovative ways to reach clients.
IRDA / NISM certification is an advantage.
Willing to work on-site from Guwahati and visit clients locally.
