About the Role

Are you a recent graduate from a top-tier institution with a passion for finance and client interactionJoin Right Horizons as a Relationship Manager Wealth Management, where you ll build a rewarding career by helping clients achieve their financial goals. In this role, you ll learn how to deliver tailored investment solutions, manage client portfolios, and contribute to business growth, all while developing under the mentorship of senior wealth professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in acquiring and onboarding new HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients.
Support in understanding client goals and help recommend suitable financial solutions.
Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and trust.
Help track, manage, and report on client investment portfolios.
Coordinate with the investment team to stay updated on market movements and strategies.
Learn and assist in ensuring compliance with SEBI, RBI, and AMFI regulations.
Shadow senior team members to understand wealth structuring and portfolio management.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Strong academic background from a reputed institute (Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for financial planning, investment advisory, and relationship management.
Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-driven environment.
High personal discipline and integrity; a good understanding of personal finance is a plus.

Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field.
