Role Overview

Wealth Manager Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide customized investment solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and trust-based advisory.
• Conduct financial need analysis and recommend suitable financial products.
• Work closely with the sales and research teams to deliver best-in-class financial solutions.
• Participate in financial literacy initiatives and client education sessions.
• Meet performance goals aligned with business objectives.

Training Details

• Duration:

  Paid training

• Stipend:

  ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
• During the training period, you will receive comprehensive exposure to:
• Financial planning and goal-based advisory
• Client acquisition and relationship management
• Product knowledge (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Investments, etc.)
• Sales and communication skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

  Postgraduates from

  Commerce, Finance, or Economics

  streams

• Academic Performance:

  Minimum

  70% throughout academics

• Experience:

  Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant internship experience in finance/sales

• Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in financial markets and client advisory
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
