Role Overview

International Telesales Executives

Role & responsibilities

Make
200250 outbound cold calls per day
to international prospects.
Engage potential clients through structured sales conversations with strong persuasion skills.
Qualify leads
based on defined criteria (budget, need, interest, readiness).
Effectively
upsell and position offerings
to generate interest and commitment.
Convince qualified prospects to
schedule meetings
with the on-ground sales team in Dubai.
Accurately document call outcomes, lead details, and qualification status in CRM systems.
Share
only qualified and validated leads
with the Dubai sales team to ensure high conversion.
Follow call scripts while adapting conversations based on prospect responses.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, and data confidentiality.
Consistently meet or exceed daily call, lead qualification, and conversion targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Looking for individuals who have
extremely good communication
skills with no MTI
Should have
Telesales experience
(minimum 2 years)
Age limit : 35 Years
Not hiring individuals with real estate experience due to data leakage concern
Look for people from
edtech sales, BPO experience
Must have
international telesales experience
Must be comfortable with
travelling to Dubai for training
Must have a
valid passport
Must have all the required
documents
from the previous companies
(relieving letters, pay slips)
Must have upselling/sales experience (outbound calls)
