Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage store operations, including inventory control, GRN processing, and shrinkage control.
Ensure effective people management skills to lead a team of sales executives and cashiers.
Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method for stock rotation and minimize waste through efficient store setup.
Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions to meet targets.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry with expertise in store operations and management.
Strong understanding of FIFO system and ability to implement it effectively.
Excellent people management skills with experience leading teams or managing staff performance.
Ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g., sales reports) to inform business decisions.
