🚀 We Are Hiring | Site Reliability Engineer / Production Support – Pune | Full-Time | 6–7 Yrs Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of the Production environment — stability, performance, and monitoring.
  • Respond to incidents and drive root cause analysis & platform improvement.
  • Automate deployments, monitoring, and alerting for critical applications.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and lower environment deployments.
  • Provide continuous feedback loops to development and DevOps teams.
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotations and global tech collaboration.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Linux Administration, Shell Scripting
  • Application Monitoring (Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.)
  • ITIL / ITSM Processes
  • SQL, Jenkins CI/CD (Basic)
  • Groovy/YAML, Git/Bitbucket
  • Strong troubleshooting & performance tuning skills

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Payments, Switching, Settlement flows
  • Event Framework Architecture
  • Ansible/Chef (Basic)
