Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate
banking products. Identify and acquire new customers through door-to-door visits promotional stalls in high traffic areas, and referrals.
Assist customers with the account opening process, ensuring accuracy and a seamless

experience, while tracking and updating the status.

Maintain follow-up with new customers and cross-sell additional banking products such as

loans or investment options as needed.

Prepare and update daily sales reports; regularly review performance with your supervisor.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Tamil.
