Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to drive mortgage loan sales / Loan Against property and build long-term client relationships. The role involves sourcing potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering home loan/mortgage loan solutions while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for mortgage / Loan Against property through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and existing customer networks.
  
• Meet prospective clients, understand their loan requirements, and recommend suitable mortgage loan products.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high conversion rates and repeat business.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal, technical) to ensure smooth loan processing and timely sanction.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for mortgage loans.
  
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
  
• Assist customers in completing required documentation and guide them through the loan application process.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  
• Build strong relationships with channel partners such as real estate agents, builders, and financial advisors.
