Job Opening: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) Kotak Mahindra Bank

Virtual Relationship Managers

Role Overview:

Handle customer interactions virtually and promote banking/financial products
Achieve assigned sales targets through voice-based engagement
Build and manage customer relationships

Eligibility:

Graduate (any stream)
Age: 1832 years
Minimum 1 year experience in banking sales or BPO voice process with sales
No freshers
No job gap exceeding 6 months

Skills Required:

Excellent English communication
Good numerical and calculation skills
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused

Salary & Benefits:

CTC up to
4 LPA
(based on interview)
Incentives up to
35,000/month
