Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for technical roles, a strong understanding of IT terminology and technologies, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills

Proven experience as a technical recruiter or IT recruiter.
Familiarity with common IT roles (e.g., software developers, system administrators, network engineers).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better assess candidate qualifications.
